We accept returns of unopened products in original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Due to the nature of research reagents, products with broken seals cannot be returned.

Contact us at info@peptidlabs.eu or via WhatsApp with your order number and the reason for return. We will send return instructions within 1 business day.
Email support@peptidlabs.eu with photos of the product and a short description. We respond within 24 hours.
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we process refunds within 5-10 business days to the original payment method. For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer.
The amount is refunded via the original payment method within 5-10 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned shipment.
